Team Invictus is proudly sponsored by:

We are pleased to announce that ANSYS is the first major supporter for our 2013 challenge. ANSYS will be supporting the team with engineering software and support to develop new boat designs, covering the structures (Finite Element Modelling), aerodynamics and hydrodynamics (via ANSYS FLUENT CFD). This will give us an engineering capability which we have not had up to this time, and we are gearing our engineering development to maximise this great advantage.

Airbus have supported the Invictus challenge since the 2004 Little Americas Cup and we look forward to maintaining this "special relationship" for the next challenge in 2013.

Mike has helped Team Invictus get through some hard times. He continues to support the team from time to time and verges on being a team member himself.

Rockwell construction of Cork were very generous in providing support when we needed it. As a 'thank you', the team aims to take the boat to Cork.

The Daily Sail provides up to the minute news on all aspects of sailing including a number of articles on various teams in the 'Little Americas Cup'. We thank James Boyd for free subscription to this very useful and informative resource.

Balance has provided Invictus with a brand new set of custom designed carbon fibre composite ruders. We would like to thank Sito from Balance, who visited the team in the UK and helped to set the rudders for best performance.

Harken provide top quality fittings for the boat and wingsail. These are for control systems inside the wing as well as the more usual boat fittings.

Evonik have supported us in providing aerospace quality foam core materials for the construction of the upper wing. This material is stronger, lighter and more durable than the marine standard foams.

Marlow sponsorship has provided the ropes both for the standing rigging and for the controls, i.e. mainsheet and some of the internal control lines for the wingsail.

Fibrefusion have supported the team from the early days. Their services, provided at their own costs have been invaluable in allowing us to cut accurate profiles for ribs and other structures from lightweight carbon fibre sandwich panels.

Hyde Engineering manufactured new lightweight, low drag daggerboards which will improve the boat's speed and performance.
